YASMEEN’S ELEMENTARY

Sex and The City details individual character’s story. SATC fans will rejoice seeing their fave girls on the big screen. The movie starts off where the highly successful series ended on the small screen. However, even if you are not familiar with the gals, a short synopsis at the beginning of the movie will catch you up to date. Carrie’s romance with Mr. Big is still going strong and soon talks of a pending marriage arose and as with life, things dun always go the way we planned for it to be. Of course, the entire movie is not abt Carrie. Each of the other gal has their own problems to deal with such as infidelity, pregnancy and being true to one self. As usual, there will be the fabulous dresses, which will make each and every woman green with envy. However, due to the local censors, some of the juicer bits were snipped off but thankfully does not affect much of the plot (some may argue that the Sex was taken out of the city!) Fabulous fashion, fun and friends, this is one for the girl’s night out and bonding session.

But guys, SATC might be a chick flick, don’t dismiss this movies as it can help you ‘understand’ some of the "deep mysteries" of a woman ‘thought process’. Personally I enjoyed the movie. My bf was a real sweetheart, as he followed me without complaining.J

The quest for love. The highs and lows of Love. The ultimate outcome of love, is it marriage? Is marriage really the full stop we need to put at the end of love? The movie exploits these questions.

Is marriage the ultimate outcome of love? In my personal view I would agree that marriage is the next step. As that is what we practiced. Tradition is a barrier to most Asians. WE just can’t move in together, Or stay together for 5 to 6 years and choose not to live with. Where is the aspect of relationship going? Does relationship have values now?  Femme fatale Samantha has been a stealer in the movie. But in reality it doesn’t have that way. She breaks up with her Boyfriend just like that!! But to take it down on our road. Prolly my bf’ll stake me!! Ha ha! But getting married at a young age is a big no for me!!

Taking bout mutual understanding, It’s like a never ending phenomenon. That’s why marriage takes place. But I’m glad that they did not stereotype the way Relationship is. As for marinda’s issue in the movie. Is sex everything that a relationship is about? Most of then might argue on this issue. I gotta agree with the movie. It is an essential Element for a relationship. Its expressing how much u love and also keeping the bond in between a relationship. Some take is as a duty. Some might take is as love or lust. Whatever u do.. Never let gap grow in a relationship coz that’s the killer baby!! And when gaps grows.. what happens????

Betrayal!!

Big word uh? What would u do if your partner cheated on you? Its hard for us to except but Look at it in  broad way. U loved someone, u are really happy until something happens. Wat actually happen? Well I would say that U let your partner cheat on you. Its totally your fault as if u didn’t let it happen it wouldn’t have happened? So the next time u see something is not going right. U make sure u fix it.. or else everything is going down the drain. To error is human. Everyone makes mistakes.

A high class, chick-flick, romance, friendship,betrayal, self assessment movie. A must watch! J

It’s been really some time since i pen down my thots!! Haha well months i guess.. Since now I’m super free i shall start!

For whatever reason, i’m in a hyper mood today!! haha is it the weather or just me?! Anyway school had been great so far.. And assignment dates are nearing!! Very stress liao!! arrgghh!!

I’m seriously sad about what’s happening around the world. The recent devastating earthquake in China,mymmar, has taken a large number of lives. Infant, children, teenagers, adults and old aged folks, are out there without shelter.. Food..
and i seriously don’t see a reason why China government is not letting other states to interfere in. Like the recent news United States of America government send in a proposal to help the survivors. But the mymmar government turned it down. Last seen news was also reported as a food truck was cruising through and Biscuits were thrown out as survivors ran to grab their shares.
But here we are actually wasting food. Getting manicure… our hair done.. or getting hand bags for hundred over dollars! I personally feel that every single human being should take this situation as personal and do a little contribution.  Just like how i did mine. Coz one penny each, makes it many! And it will help feed the poor and needy.

U can argue saying that i have been donating all my life. on the road side.. Thru Internet and other ways. But Let sit down and think. Are we doing in willingly or just for the sake of it. If u decide to do something.. Don’t do it for the sake of doing it.. Always do something becoz u really wanna do it.. Not 100% do it 110%. As i always believe that god don’t come down and help others, but in form of us. so do your part. Only god knows, and it is still too early to tell whether this is a temporary phenomenon or a lasting one.

Sex in the city is out!! i’m gonna catch it and will be back with the movie review! Adios!!

Firstly i would like to wish A happy 26th birthday to Varun prabu! Wow! You’re Getting old!! Ha ha! had fun with u guys! The worst part was Planning the bday! Pookari is forever a blur sotong! ha ha cute! And getting the location was another problem! But finally we all ended up in some corner of the building! It was nice catching up after a long time! And can’t wait for Friday! cafe Del mar! boozing time!

Karma - What goes around comes around! does it apply for a mistake done unknowingly? coz i’m so afaird to hurt anyone! and guess I’ve been doing in indirectly to some. After a break up this is the least i expect! But whatever it is.. everything happens for a reason and i always hope its a Gd one!

Tyra banks has awesome shows always! i watched one of her episodes and Learn this! i mean so what if my life is screwed up? so what if i have breakouts? so what shit happens? I mean it happens everywhere.. I just learn to keep moving on without looking back! cos i used to cry over spilled milk which is something not right.. So i realize that we shouldn’t take a step back or stay where we are, but instead take a step forward each time u fall! i am saying all these for some reason! Esp to friends around me now who are going through hard times!

I was thinking that i was having the most screwed up life ever.. But when i sit down and talk to all my friends, Thats when i realize that I’m actually blessed with a very good life! Coz not only i have hard times in life but everyone does. And others have bigger problem and they still keep moving! So at this point i would like to thank god for blessing me with a good life.. gd friends and family! Life is full of imperfection, seeing that imperfection with a perfect view makes life better. so why wait?! take that step forward and keep moving!! like i always say, At the end of the day.. whatever decision made by u is to keep you happy! Life is tough, and if you have the ability to laugh at it you have the ability to enjoy it!

So if u have a crush on your teacher why wait!! just go tell him/her.. Problem with your nosy colleague? Just punch his/her nose! Can’t seem to concentrate in work or school.. Go to the beach and get drunk! ha ha And if u are crazy please take my advice cheers to single hood!

I had so many things planned out today but ended up doing nothing! The problem with women and their mind! oh esp mood swings! Oh god! Kill me please! It totally sucks boy! anyway why m i even talking bout it now?!

Today was a boring day! But as usual pookari saved the day! had a gd conversation with her and my sister! Can’t wait for tml!! Its da Girls nite out session! Time for some gossips and heart easing.Not forgettin boozing!!

Teenagers and heartbreaks! Its a common thing now uh?! eh? wait a min!! who m i referring to? We ain’t teens anymore.. Oh now i have to get myself reminded that i’m a freaking adult!! Esp all my "getting old already friends" haha.. Well let me correct my sentence again!! Relationship and Heartbreaks! I guess i handled my personal problem way much better wen i was much younger!! I’m a super women when it comes to other ppl’s problem! i will sound more like this "There’s no need to fear.. Super yasmeen is here" haha lame carp i know!! but yeah its true!! I can solve all my friend’s problems!!But wen it comes to my.. i totally sux at it! guess it Happens everywhere…Why do i always have to talk bout problems! well reason is.. right now in my life.. there is the only thing which i have!! not only my problems.. my friends ones too..

Would you believe me If i say that i have a friend who dunno how to smile? Well, Are you shaking ya head? Dun have to.. coz This dear friend of mine seriously do not know how to smile! How sad right? I mean all u have to do is one simple step.. 1…2…3… say "EEeeeeeee" Perfect smile right? Can’t even do that..

Life is mixed with lots of emotions.. No matter what happens u gotta keep moving.. And the 1st step for u to take is to smile! It will keep u going! trust me.. Try it one day! Try smiling while waking up in the morning.. When u take ur shower.. While brushing teeth.. i mean u have to open ur mouth thou.. ahaha.. while walking to work or school.. or if u see someone whom u dun even know.. Just smile.. That day will be perfect! It sounds crazy i know.. but just try it.. it really works! But guys!! pls dun smile at a girl just becoz she’s hot.. the bf might get little upset.. den the day will turn out nasty!

But i hope that friend of mine will realize that life is just more than what we see with our eyes.. Life is Fated.. But its not by god.. its by ourselves and on what decision we make.. Just look at it straight! IF u love someone go all out for it! dun waste time by finding fault with each other.. If that happens,Ask yourself,When will u have time to love when u start finding fault with each other? IS this why u fall in love for?

Everyone fall in love to be happen.. I was happy when i was in love.. not denying the fact but it didn’t work! Whats the point when u try so hard when the other party doesn’t.. So i woke up, put my foot down and took a brave decision.. I can stand alone without love! Friends.. perfect family to show me more den enuf love! what more can i ask for?? Ha ha not forgetting the cute guys! Too many guys too little time!! haha Just kidding!*looks arnd* I know my friends will be giving me dirty look at this point of time!!

Well there is one guy!! haha ummm i’ll save it for another day!! adioz!!

P.S:If u have never tried crazy stuffs den its ok.. Coz there’s always a 1st time for everything And 1st tries are never forgotten! Said by ‘Meenz and edited by reed’.

From now there will only be clean lines from me. I’ve been going through a hell of a time with life. Funny thing is, i m never a serious person, but trust me.. the way life is leading you will change tremendously.. Just like how wind changes its direction. The wind which blew me was too strong for me to fight back. So i have decide to go with the flow.

Everyone wants to be a perfect living soul on earth. Trying to hard not to hurt anyone. Avoiding to be in a total mess. But how stupid can i get?!! i was walking right into it.. I mean..Have u ever wondered what u were doing now, was even right? But shit just happens..

Even without you realising.. u fall into a situation and Even b4 u start questioning yourself, u are halfway through a journey… Its too late to turn back kinda thingy! I didn’t know making decisions are so difficult?!! When i was younger..all i had to decide was.. What chocolate shld i eat today? or If i should play hopscotch or 5 stones? That was the limit! How i wish i was 8yrs old again! i mean who doesn’t right?

Anyway coming back to reality, I have made a decision to start a fresh and never to get into a mess again! This might upset a few or might even make some happy.. whateva it is…i’ve made up my mind!! At the end of the ay Whateva decision You make is to keep yourself happy or in another way, keeping yourself away from heartbreaks!
